Unsere SaaS-Lösung CSQ (Cloud Service Qualification) bietet Kunden in der Life Sciences Branche die Möglichkeit, die von ihnen verwendeten Cloud-Services durch kontinuierliches Testen zu überwachen. Damit liefern wir unseren Kunden ein entscheidendes Element zur Infrastruktur Qualifizierung und Software Validierung.
Du führst unsere Kundenprojekte zum Erfolg! Dabei stehst du unseren Kunden aktiv zur Seite, bist ihr Ansprechpartner während der erfolgreichen Einführung und bei der Verwendung unserer Lösung.
Du analysierst die Software-Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsprozesse unserer Kunden um Cloud Service Qualification optimal in diese zu integrieren.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden analysierst Du die Nutzung von Cloud Services und begleitest diese aktiv bei der Konfiguration der Softwarelösung.
Innerhalb der Kundenprojekte sammelst Du wertvolle Einblicke in die Prozesse des Kunden. Du nutzt dieses Wissen, um unsere SaaS-Lösung kontinuierlich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln.
Wir setzen auf langfristige Partnerschaften! Auch über ein Einführungsprojekt hinaus unterstützt Du Deine Kunden bei der Verwendung unserer Lösung.
Durch die erfolgreiche Einführung von Cloud Service Qualification ermöglichst Du unseren Life Sciences Kunden sich den zentralen Herausforderungen rund um GxP-Compliance in Cloud-Umgebungen zu stellen.

Dein Profil:

Du bist ein Experte / eine Expertin im Bereich: Software Validation, Infrastructure Qualification oder IT-Quality Management.
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung als (Teil-)Projektleitung oder Consultant und freust Dich darauf Projekte aktiv zu steuern.
Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden, Kollegen und Partnern und genießt es, der erste Ansprechpartner beim Kunden für unsere Lösung zu sein.
Du inspirierst uns mit Deinem pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Denken.
Du bist bereit, dich tief in die Branche einzuarbeiten und ein Experte / eine Expertin für Cloud Service Qualification im GxP-Umfeld zu werden.
Know-how aus der Life-Sciences-Branche ist von Vorteil.
Du kommunizierst gerne auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Our SaaS solution CSQ (Cloud Service Qualification) enables customers in the Life Sciences industry to monitor the cloud services they use through continuous testing. This provides our customers with a crucial element for infrastructure qualification and software validation.
You lead our customer projects to success! You actively support our customers, serving as their point of contact during the successful introduction and use of our solution.
You analyze our customers' software validation and qualification processes to integrate Cloud Service Qualification optimally.
Together with our customers, you analyze the usage of cloud services and actively guide them through the configuration of the software solution.
Within customer projects, you gain valuable insights into their processes. You leverage this knowledge to continuously improve and develop our SaaS solution.
We prioritize long-term partnerships! Beyond an introductory project, you continue to support your customers in using our solution.
By successfully introducing Cloud Service Qualification, you enable our Life Sciences customers to address the central challenges of GxP compliance in cloud environments.

Your profile:

You are an expert in Software Validation, Infrastructure Qualification, or IT-Quality Management.
Ideally, you have experience in project management or consulting and are eager to actively lead projects.
You enjoy communicating with customers, colleagues, and partners and take pleasure in being the primary point of contact for our solution at the customer's site.
You inspire us with your pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking.
You are ready to delve deep into the industry and become an expert in Cloud Service Qualification within the GxP environment.
Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is advantageous.
You enjoy communicating in both German and English.
