Als Junior Quality & Security Manager bist Du maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, unsere internen Qualitätsmanagement-, Datenschutz- und Informationssicherheitssysteme voranzutreiben und zu verbessern.
Deine Aufgabe beinhaltet die regelmäßige Durchführung interner Reviews, wie beispielsweise unser Service Provider oder Permission Review.
Du sorgst dafür, dass das Management stets über relevante KPIs informiert wird.
Du organisierst die Vor- sowie Nachbereitung von internen, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 oder Kunden-Audits und nimmst aktiv an der Auditierung teil.
Du organisierst die Vor- sowie Nachbereitung von Security Maßnahmen, wie z. B. Phishing Simulation Tests oder Emergency Tests und entwickelst Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter.
Du gestaltest und führst ansprechende Awareness Trainings durch, damit unser Team immer up to date bleibt.
Du bist der Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu den Themen Qualität und Informationssicherheit im Unternehmen.

Dein Profil:

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich: Wirtschaftsinformatik, angewandte Informatik, Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Du strebst nach höchster Qualität und schaust gern über den Tellerrand.
Strukturiertes Denken und eigenständiges Arbeiten sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
Als Organisationstalent behältst Du stets den Überblick, auch in stressigen Situationen.
Du bist ein lebenslang Lernender und begeisterter Teamplayer.
Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht Du spielend.

Your job:

As a Junior Quality & Security Manager, you play a key role in driving forward and improving our internal quality management, data protection, and information security systems.
Your responsibilities include conducting regular internal reviews, such as our Service Provider or Permission Review.
You ensure that management is always kept informed about relevant KPIs.
You organize the preparation and follow-up of internal, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or customer audits and actively participate in the auditing process.
You coordinate the preparation and follow-up of security measures such as phishing simulation tests or emergency tests and collaborate with the team to develop further measures.
You design and deliver engaging awareness training sessions to ensure our team stays up to date.
You are the go-to person for questions related to quality and information security within the company.

Your profile:

You are studying business informatics, applied informatics, business law, business administration, economics or a comparable course of study.
You demand high quality from yourself and others and are not satisfied with the status quo.
You are characterized by your structured and independent way of working.
You enjoy learning new things and are a real team player.
You feel comfortable communicating in German and English.
