Du leitest mehrere spannende Software-Projekte zur Implementierung unserer SaaS-Lösungen bei mittelständischen bis großen Kunden aus der Life Science Branche.
Vom Kick-off bis zum Go-live hast Du die Fäden fest in der Hand und sorgst dafür, dass die Projekte wie am Schnürchen laufen. Dabei gewährleistest Du einen reibungslosen und effizienten Projektablauf für alle Stakeholder, stets im Einklang mit Plan, Budget und unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards.
Als wahrer Kommunikationsexperte baust Du starke Beziehungen zu unseren internen Teams und externen Partnern auf und hältst sie kontinuierlich über den Projektfortschritt auf dem Laufenden.
Mit Deinem Talent für rechtzeitige Updates und klare Auskünfte sorgst Du dafür, dass alle Projektmitglieder, sowohl auf Kundenseite als auch auf unserer Seite, stets informiert sind und wissen, was zu tun ist.
Es läuft nicht wie geplant? Kein Problem für Dich! Du bist geschickt darin, mit den Herausforderungen umzugehen, gezielte Gegenmaßnahmen zu ergreifen und sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos läuft, selbst wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig laufen.
Du willst Dich und uns stetig verbessern. Dafür beobachtest Du während der Projektphasen Best Practices und identifizierst Synergien, um den Ablauf kommender Kundenprojekte noch effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil:

Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im IT Projektmanagement.
Du weißt worauf es bei einem erfolgreichen Projekt ankommt und kennst methodische Ansätze für Projekte im agilen Umfeld.
Idealerweise besitzt Du einschlägiges Know-How aus der Life-Sciences-Branche oder bist bereit in die Branche einzutauchen, um unsere Produkte und Einführungsmethodiken kennenzulernen sowie unsere Projekte aktiv gestalten zu können.
Als echtes Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent, handelst Du proaktiv und stehst regelmäßig im Austausch mit unseren Kunden.
Mit Deinem pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Mindset begeisterst Du uns.
Du freust Dich auf die Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.

You lead several exciting software projects for the implementation of our SaaS solutions at medium to large customers in the life science industry.
From kick-off to go-live, you have a firm grip on the reins, ensuring that projects run smoothly. You guarantee a seamless and efficient project workflow for all stakeholders, always in line with the plan, budget, and our high-quality standards.
As a true communication expert, you build strong relationships with our internal teams and external partners, keeping them continuously informed about the project progress.
With your talent for timely updates and clear information, you ensure that all project members, both on the client side and our side, are always informed and know what to do.
Things don't go as planned? No problem for you! You are adept at handling challenges, taking targeted countermeasures, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You are committed to continuous improvement, observing best practices during project phases and identifying synergies to make the execution of upcoming customer projects even more efficient.

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience in agile IT project management.
You know what it takes for a project to be successful and are familiar with methodological approaches for projects in an agile environment.
Ideally, you have relevant know-how from the life sciences industry or are willing to immerse yourself in the industry to familiarize yourself with our products and implementation methodologies, enabling you to actively shape our projects.
As a true organizational and communication talent, you act proactively and regularly engage with our customers.
With your pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, you inspire us.
