Du verantwortest die gesamte Candidate Journey vom Active Sourcing bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding gewonnener Talente.
In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing Manager startest Du externe Employer Branding Kampagnen, um die Bekanntheit unsere Arbeitgebermarke zu steigern.

Gemeinsam starten wir spannende Projekte und optimieren unsere Arbeitsabläufe. In den letzten 12 Monaten haben wir z. B. die HR-Software "Personio" eingeführt, neue Arbeitszeitmodelle getestet und den ersten Kollegen in Polen eingestellt. Aktuell stehen Themen wie der Aufbau eines strukturierten Trainingsmanagements und der Ausbau unseres Employer Branding Auftritts auf der Agenda.

Dein Profil:

Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Recruiting oder als HR Business Partner gesammelt und brennst für diesen Bereich. Du bist ein absoluter Top-Kandidat, wenn Du Deine Erfahrungen in einem IT-Unternehmen gemacht hast.
Idealerweise hast Du eine Ausbildung zur Personalfachkauffrau (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder ein Studium mit einem personalbezogenen Schwerpunkt im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht absolviert.
Du bist empathisch, serviceorientiert und punktest mit Deiner Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Deinem Talent, Probleme zu lösen.
Dein Deutsch und Englisch sind top, sowohl gesprochen als auch geschrieben.
Und last but not least: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und liebst es, mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten und starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern aufzubauen.

Your job:

You'll be in charge of the entire candidate journey, from active sourcing to successfully onboarding new talents.
Collaborating with our marketing team, you'll kick off external employer branding campaigns to further enhance the visibility of our employer brand.
Lifelong learning is part of our culture. You ensure that not only do we stay up-to-date, but you also support our teams in continuously educating and developing themselves.
Together, we'll embark on exciting projects and streamline our workflows. Over the past 12 months, for instance, we've introduced the HR software Personio, launched a pilot project for a 4-day work week, and even welcomed our first international colleague on board. Currently, we're focusing on initiatives such as revising our core values, establishing a structured training management program, and revamping our employer branding efforts.

Your profile:

You've already gained profesional experience in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner and you're passionate about this field. You'll stand out as a top candidate if you've honed your skills in an IT company.
Ideally, you've completed training as a personnel management specialist or obtained a degree in a related field such as business administration, economics or business law.
You're empathetic, incredibly service-oriented, and excel in independence, flexibility, and problem-solving.
Your proficiency in both spoken and written German and English is exceptional.
Last but not least, you're a true team player with a knack for collaborating with various departments and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
