Your job:

As a Solution Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and translate customer requirements into solutions by configuring our cloud solution, the UDI Platform.
In this way, you contribute to increasing patient safety.
The UDI platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that runs on the SAP Business Technology Platform and uses its services. Over time, you will become an expert in the UDI platform and SAP BTP services.
When implementing the customized cloud solution for the customer, you will gain valuable insights into the customer's processes.
You will use this knowledge to continuously expand and improve our solutions.
You will work in a team and be mentored by experts in UDI and technology.
You will also take part in customer meetings with colleagues once you are confident enough to take the stage on your own.
By successfully implementing our cloud solution, the UDI platform, you will contribute to increasing patient safety.

Your profile:

You have extensive knowledge of software solutions.
You are a talented communicator and have strong powers of persuasion.
You have acquired your knowledge through initial professional experience as a consultant in combination with a previous degree in (business) informatics or comparable training.
Ideally, you have already had your first contact with the applications/technologies Postman, JavaScript, JSON and BPMN.
You inspire us with your pragmatic and solution-oriented way of thinking.
You are interested in learning new technologies and tools.
If you have know-how from the life sciences industry, it is of course an advantage, but definitely not a must! We will help you to dive deep into the industry.
You like to communicate in English and German.

Dein Job:

Als Solution Consultant bist Du erster Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden und übersetzt die Kundenanforderungen in Lösungen, indem Du unsere Cloud-Lösung, die UDI Platform, konfigurierst.
Damit trägst Du zur Erhöhung der Patientensicherheit bei.
Die UDI Platform ist eine Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-Anwendung, die auf der SAP Business Technology Platform läuft und deren Dienste nutzt. Mit der Zeit wirst Du zum Experten für die UDI Platform und die SAP BTP-Dienste.
Bei der Implementierung der maßgeschneiderten Cloud-Lösung für den Kunden erhältst Du wertvolle Einblicke in die Prozesse des Kunden. Du nutzt dieses Wissen, um unsere Lösungen kontinuierlich zu erweitern und zu verbessern.
Du arbeitest im Team und wirst von Experten für UDI und Technologie betreut. Außerdem nimmst Du an Kundenbesprechungen mit Kollegen teil, bis Du sicher genug bist, die Bühne alleine zu betreten

Dein Profil:

Du bringst umfassendes Wissen im Bereich Softwarelösungen mit.
Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast eine ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft.
Dein Wissen hast Du durch erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Consultant, in Kombination mit einem vorangehenden Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer vergleichbarer Ausbildung erworben.
Idealerweise hattest Du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit den Anwendungen/Technologien Postman, JavaScript, JSON und BPMN.
Du inspirierst uns mit Deiner pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise.
Du bist interessiert daran, neue Technologien und Tools zu erlernen.
Wenn du Know-how aus der Life-Sciences-Branche mitbringst, ist es natürlich von Vorteil, aber definitiv kein muss! Wir helfen Dir dabei, tief in die Branche einzutauchen.
Du freust Dich darauf, auf Englisch und Deutsch zu kommunizieren.
