Dein Profil:

Du bist IT-affin: Du kennst Dich bestens mit IT-Infrastrukturen, Systemen und Anwendungen aus.
Du bist vorausschauend: Du erkennst Probleme und Optimierungspotenziale, bevor sie andere sehen, und handelst eigenständig.
Du hast Erfahrung: IT Service Management-Tools und Frameworks (z. B. ITIL) sind Dir vertraut.
Du bist lösungsorientiert: Probleme gehst Du strukturiert und nachhaltig an.
Du bist organisiert: Du hast Deine Zeit im Griff und setzt klare Prioritäten.
Du bist kommunikativ: Du erklärst technische Themen verständlich auf Deutsch und in Englisch – egal, ob für IT-Profis oder Laien.
Du interessierst Dich für AI: Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien und hast Lust, AI-Tools aktiv in Deinen Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
