Dein Job:

Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen aktiv im Rahmen von Produkteinführungsprojekten und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
Du leitest Implementierungs-Projekte unserer p36 UDI Platform bei internationalen Life-Sciences-Unternehmen.
Du analysierst Kundensituationen und berätst unsere Kunden aktiv um effiziente UDI-Managementprozesse mit unserer Lösung zu implementieren.
Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams aus technischen Spezialist:innen, UDI-Expert:innen, und Marktexpert:innen.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales- und Customer-Success-Team zusammen.
Du teilst dein Wissen, dokumentierst Best Practices und gestaltest aktiv unsere Delivery-Methodik mit.
Du bringst Kundenfeedback ein und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer UDI Platform gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam voran.

Dein Profil:

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5–7 Jahre) im Life-Sciences- oder MedTech-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf UDI oder Regulatory Affairs.
Du hast bereits in internationalen Implementierungsprojekten gearbeitet.
Dz hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von regulatorischen Anforderungen (MDR, FDA UDI, GS1, EUDAMED).
Sicheres Projektmanagement (klassisch & agil) gehört zu deinem Know-how.
Dich zeichnet Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientiertheit aus.
Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl im Kundenkontext als auch im internationalen Team.
Erfahrung mit SAP Business Technology Platform oder AWS ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist dein Wille, dich in Cloud-Technologien einzuarbeiten.

Your job:

You will actively support our customers in product launch projects and build long-term, trusting relationships.
You will lead implementation projects for our p36 UDI Platform at international life sciences companies.
You will analyse customer situations and actively advise our customers on implementing efficient UDI management processes with our solution.
You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams of technical specialists, UDI experts and market experts.
You will work closely with our sales and customer success team.
You will share your knowledge, document best practices and actively help shape our delivery methodology.
You will contribute customer feedback and drive the further development of our UDI Platform together with the product team.

Your profile:

You have several years of experience (at least 5–7 years) in the life sciences or medtech field, ideally with a focus on UDI or regulatory affairs.
You have already worked on international implementation projects.
You have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements (MDR, FDA UDI, GS1, EUDAMED).
Confident project management (classical & agile) is part of your expertise.
You are characterised by strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
You speak German and English very well – both in a customer context and in an international team.
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform or AWS is a plus, but not a must – more important is your willingness to familiarise yourself with cloud technologies.
