Dein Job:

Du wirst unser Officemanagement übernehmen – von der Büroorganisation über die Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern bis hin zu Themen wie Fuhrparkmanagement, Eventplanung (intern & externe Aktivitäten), Beschaffung und der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse.
Du wirst das People & Culture Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben unterstützen – zum Beispiel bei der internen Teamkommunikation, im Onboarding und Offboarding oder bei der Vorbereitung von internen Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten.
Du wirst an spannenden internen Projekten mitwirken, die unsere teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Prozessoptimierung vorantreiben – und damit aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur beitragen.

Dein Profil:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in Büroorganisation, Teamassistenz oder HR-nahem Umfeld als z.B. Office Manager/in, Team Assistenz, Kauffrau/mann für Büromanagement oder HR Generalist.
Du hast Freude an Organisation, Kommunikation und dem Arbeiten in einem dynamischen, digitalen Umfeld.
Du bist empathisch, proaktiv, serviceorientiert und punktest mit Deiner Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Deinem Talent, Probleme zu lösen.
Dein Deutsch und Englisch sind top, sowohl gesprochen als auch geschrieben.
Und last but not least: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und liebst es, mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten und starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern aufzubauen.

Your job:

You will take over our office management – from office organisation and communication with external service providers to topics such as fleet management, event planning (internal & external), procurement and the further development of our internal processes.
You will support the People & Culture team with administrative and organisational tasks – for example, employee communication, onboarding and offboarding, or preparing internal measures and activities.
You will participate in exciting internal projects that promote cross-team collaboration and process optimisation – thereby actively contributing to the further development of our corporate culture.

Your work environment:

Your profile:

You have completed commercial training or have comparable qualifications.
You already have experience in office organisation, team assistance or HR-related areas.
You enjoy organisation, communication and working in a dynamic, digital environment.
You are empathetic, proactive, service-oriented and score points with your independence, flexibility and talent for solving problems.
Your German and English are excellent, both spoken and written.
And last but not least: you are a real team player and love working with different departments and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
