Dein Job:

Du verantwortest die End-to-End-Testautomatisierungsstrategie für unsere Cloud-Produkte – mit einer klaren Vision, wie AI Test Engineering schneller, präziser und effizienter macht.
Du entwirfst und entwickelst unsere Testautomatisierungsarchitektur (Frameworks, CI/CD-Qualitäts-Gates, Testdaten, Reporting).
Du treibst AI-gestütztes Testdesign und Testgenerierung aktiv voran.
Du arbeitest eng mit Product, DevOps und Delivery Teams zusammen, um Qualität in den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess zu integrieren – durch Guidelines, Best Practices und Coaching.
Du machst Qualität messbar – über aussagekräftige Metriken – und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen für Produkt und Prozess ab.

Dein Profil:

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Test Architect und/oder als Developer.
Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Software-as-a-Service-Anwendungen und Erfahrung im User Interface- und API-Testing.
Du bist vertraut mit Testautomatisierungstools und Frameworks und hast Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Implementierung einer Testautomatisierungsstrategie.
Du verstehst Anforderungen schnell, erkennst potenzielle Schwachstellen und wählst den passenden Testansatz.
Du hast Erfahrung mit risikobasiertem Testen und Priorisierung.
Du siehst AI nicht als Tool, sondern als strategischen Partner – du nutzt Machine Learning, Automatisierung und intelligente Analysen, um Testprozesse smarter zu gestalten.
Du bist ein Teamplayer, der in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung übernimmt und zu einer positiven Teamkultur beiträgt.
Du kannst Informationen effektiv sammeln, analysieren, strukturieren und präsentieren.
Du priorisierst Aufgaben und managst Stakeholder effizient.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und idealerweise auch deutsch.

Your job:

You own the end-to-end automation test strategy for our cloud products, with a clear vision for how AI augments test engineering (speed, coverage, reliability, and cost).
You design and evolve our test automation architecture (frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, environments, test data, reporting).
You drive AI-assisted test design and generation.
You collaborate across Product, DevOps, and Delivery Teams to embed quality into the delivery lifecycle and enable teams through guidelines, patterns, and coaching.
You make quality and progress measurable via meaningful metrics and continuously derive improvements for product and process.

Your profile:

You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a test architect and/or as a developer.
You have a deep understanding of SaaS applications and experience in User Interface and API testing.
You are familiar with test automation tools and frameworks and have experience setting up or implementing a test automation strategy.
You quickly grasp requirements and identify potential failure points along with the right testing approach.
You have experience with risk-based testing and prioritization.
You see AI not as a tool, but as a strategic partner – you use machine learning, automation, and intelligent analytics to make testing smarter.
You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to a positive team culture.
You can collect, analyze, and present information in a structured and meaningful way.
You prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders efficiently.
You speak English fluently and ideally German.
