Your job:
As a Project Management Assistant, you’ll help ensure that projects not only run smoothly, but are managed in a way that is traceable, plannable and scalable. You’ll bring structure to tools, reporting and forecasts, establish standards for implementation, and help create transparency to enable better decision-making.
- You’ll help manage our project portfolio in a transparent, reliable and efficient manner.
- You will further develop our PMO tools and standards and ensure that they work effectively in day-to-day practice.
- You turn data into clear reports, overviews and forecasts that provide guidance and facilitate decision-making.
- You support project teams with quality gates, project metrics and well-organised project documentation, keeping your eye on the essentials.
- You ensure that planning, progress and priorities remain transparent.
- You identify opportunities for optimisation at an early stage and utilise AI tools where they make processes smarter and more efficient.
Your profile:
- You have some initial experience in project management, sub-project management, delivery operations, consulting operations or a similar coordinating role.
- You work in a structured, data-driven manner and enjoy bringing order and clarity to dynamic environments. You also identify opportunities for improvement at an early stage and implement initiatives independently.
- You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and can present information in a way that is tailored to the audience.
- You always keep track of key project metrics, using up-to-date project management tools such as Productive.io, Jira or similar solutions.
- You can present reports, forecasts and data clearly and think analytically.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and verbally.
- You are interested in AI tools and would like to integrate them effectively into your working methods.
- Nice to have: experience in IT consulting, SaaS or cloud projects, as well as a basic understanding of Scrum or Kanban.
