Do you love not only keeping internal IT services and centrally used tools up and running, but also actively making them better and more scalable? Do you spot opportunities for optimisation early on, enjoy working with AI, and want to simplify processes rather than just manage them? Then YOU are exactly the person we’re looking for!
- You’ll drive forward automation and the sensible use of AI tools where they create real added value in day-to-day operations.
- You’ll take ownership of centrally used tools and further develop standards, structures and usage across departments.
- You’ll work closely with our teams, gather requirements and translate them into practical, understandable solutions.
- You’ll help us set up scalable internal IT services — with clear processes, good documentation and smart structures.
- You’ll be close enough to day-to-day operations to provide support on IT support and workplace issues when needed.
Your profile:
- You have experience in in-house IT, IT operations, IT service management, tool administration or a similar field.
- You have practical experience of support, service, workplace or cross-functional tool processes.
You recognise not only individual problems, but also patterns, interrelationships and effective levers for improvement. - You tackle problems in a structured and sustainable manner.
- You work independently, in a structured and pragmatic manner, and actively drive issues forward.
- You thrive in roles where you take ownership of standards, further development and cross-functional collaboration.
- You are hands-on and also provide operational support where required.
- You are interested in AI tools and would like to play a meaningful role in shaping their use in day-to-day work.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
