Your job:
You’ll work on a product that turns the complexity of modern cloud services into reliable, automated and customer-focused qualification processes. Step by step, you’ll take responsibility for technical topics and product areas, for example:
- You analyse cloud services, their APIs, user interfaces and core functions to assess how they can be used in real-world scenarios.
- You develop, maintain and improve automated tests and reference applications for our platform for qualifying cloud services.
- You investigate technical deviations and unexpected behaviour, identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
- You monitor changes to cloud services and identify the necessary updates to tests, product features and reference applications.
- You help analyse and resolve critical operational and service-related issues.
- You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our product and engineering processes, and to the effective use of modern AI-supported methods.
- You work closely with internal stakeholders and customers, providing support with technical questions about cloud services.
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to gradually expand into additional subject areas after your first few months.
Your profile:
- You have a degree, vocational qualification or comparable practical experience in computer science, software engineering or a similar technical field.
- You have some initial experience developing and/or operating web-based, distributed applications.
- You have good knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript or Java, as well as a solid understanding of modern software architectures, APIs and cloud technologies - ideally in a SaaS environment.
- You think analytically, work in a structured way and approach topics proactively and independently.
- You make effective use of modern AI tools in your day-to-day work.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have already worked with SAP BTP or related technologies.
